01 Acceptance of Terms

You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame specified by gold1111 will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.
03 Account Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gold1111 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. gold1111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gold1111 support immediately at support@gold1111. We will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend your account pending a security review.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Any bets placed, games played, or withdrawals initiated through your account credentials are treated as having been made by you, unless you have previously reported a security breach to gold1111.
You agree not to use any software, tool, or method that artificially alters the behaviour of the Platform, modifies odds or game outcomes, or circumvents the Platform's security features. You further agree not to use a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to misrepresent your geographical location for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
gold1111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and BRAC Bank transfer. All amounts are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash or Nagad. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods may differ; current limits are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, national holidays, or where additional verification is required. gold1111 will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by gold1111's finance team following a formal request.
- gold1111 does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
- Funds in your gold1111 account do not accrue interest and may not be transferred to another player's account.
- In the event of a deposit error or duplicate transaction, you must notify gold1111 within 48 hours. We will investigate and, where confirmed, reverse the erroneous transaction.
gold1111 reserves the right to carry out additional anti-money laundering (AML) checks on any withdrawal request above ৳50,000 or where transaction patterns raise a reasonable concern. During any such review, the relevant funds will be held pending the outcome of the investigation.
05 Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on gold1111 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game type in question. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these Terms, the sport-specific rules will prevail in relation to bet settlement, and these Terms will prevail in all other respects.
Cricket: gold1111 offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on all major cricket competitions including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, ICC events, Indian Premier League (IPL), and bilateral series involving Bangladesh. Markets are subject to availability and may be suspended or removed at any time where there is a risk of irregular activity or a technical failure.

Welcome bonus: New players who complete their first qualifying deposit of ৳500 or more via bKash or Nagad may be eligible for a welcome bonus. - Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
- gold1111 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or collusion with other players.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

07 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on gold1111 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

08 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of gold1111.
- Modify or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.

09 Limitation of Liability

gold1111's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your gold1111 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- gold1111 is not responsible for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or civil unrest.
- gold1111 is not liable for the acts, omissions, or errors of third-party payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or game studios.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
You may close your gold1111 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@gold1111. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts not yet eligible for withdrawal) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
gold1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
- At the request of law enforcement or other regulatory authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, gold1111 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the relevant funds may be forfeited.

11 Governing Law and Disputes

12 Amendments to These Terms

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.
